Thank you for your interest in teaching real estate and/or appraiser CE classes through Texas REALTORS®. Before you can begin teaching, you must complete our short online instructor orientation. You will be taken to another login page where you will create an account to complete the orientation. Upon completion, you will have access to the instructor application.
Instructor criteria:
In the application, you will be asked to remit information regarding the past three times you’ve taught as well as remit a $75 application fee. If you’re interested in teaching Legal I & II, Broker Responsibility, or our REALTOR® Launch qualifying education course, you must also be prepared to supply the following:
- A college degree in the subject area to be taught and three (3) years of experience in teaching or training, or
- Five years active experience as a license holder (or as a Broker to teach Broker Responsibility) and three (3) years of experience in teaching or training, or
- The equivalent after consideration of your personal experience, research, authorship, or other significant endeavors in real estate.
